Historical Timeline for Pyrathia

Concerning the Jewel of the East...

I dug up a log of when I first announced its existance to the Council as Loqui. It was only a matter of days before it culminated and ended in the big dragon-fight. From the log:

Yeah, that's where I got it from. I've been running around the mud like crazy, lore-ing things and reading books, trying to piece together a coherent timeline.

History of other things:

Leviathan = Whale thingie whose rebirth threatened to scour all life from Pyrathia. Big rp in the Spring of 2002.
History behind Iron Citadel, Lost Jungle, Quad = Don't know. I'll check.
Jewel of the East = I'm unfamiliar with the whole rp...will have to check in with you, Ain.

And, lastly, timeline updated (thanks Tat). I've also modified the years of the Age of Wonders (100,000-5,000 years agok, rather than to 10,000).

Got something double there with adepts involement in everclear.

I would also add the invasion of Teron by the empire and also the liberation of Teron by Syeem, all before the first hero tournament. :devil:

And sometime before that the building of the imperial fortress outside teron.

Also add the building of the 'orc towers' that the hammer had built between the zhensh and ayamao borders; right before the zynor sword prophecy.

Thought of another event for the timeline: The founding of Krychire. Wasn't something large moved from Teron to its present location by some of those nasty old Adepts? Without giving away secrets, do those cool tapestries still exist in that place the Adepts used to like to frequent? Might have some interesting and relevant stuff there.

There is a blue book in the Uxmaln Library that explains the quad in detail. If it's not there, then it might be in the Hammer castle. I can't remember which of the two.

No. I dont know the current GRP actually cause no ones said a thing about it IC to me at all. Havnt come across anything either.

Just curious, where does the Vaer-uber-daemon from the chancel come in?

I remember a little girl showing up in Exile crying about a demon, then we killed that one with a big group, then we tried getting to the main guy only to get owned about ten times in a row. Any history behind that? I don't keep logs so I have no idea of the time of that, sorry.

I remember the Quad, and it was _rumored_ that they were the forerunners of the end of the world a la Zynor. But, I really couldn't say much more about them. Like always, there was a prophecy of some sort, but who's to say whether the prophecy was the product of divine intervention, or the result of too many a magic mushroom.

The founding of Krychire and the moving of Krychire are listed as two separate events on the timeline, so it would appear to be ok.
