Hang the guard in the Feathered dragon Plaza to set an example, then set him on fire the next night while he's still alive.

If both the example and the screaming dont fix the problem, then bug log it.

Insolent guards.....

:lol: Awesome, this has to be the best answer to the problem. Um...can I be grey or dark aura temporarily to make this happen? :devil:
