Its a script if you walk long enough around Teron, especially the grave there your character can go through a real sickness. It starts off with a head ache and runny nose and stuff and then really casts plague and poison on you. It has a bunch of pretty cool pechos for you aswell and is pretty neat. Takes a good day to get over it aswell.

Actually, what causes that echo is not the sickness script. But I do think that script has a line that is very similar.

Khoren's Mysteries
  This store is filled with all kinds of strange items.  There is no clear
place to even walk outside a small path which runs up to a counter which is
also overrun by clutter of all kinds.  The place looks as if it is made of
wood, but you'd hardly know it with all the trash covering everything within
eyeshot!
