Shattered Kingdoms

As an Amateur, you earn one attribute point each time you level up. What is supposed to happen as a Novice? I've leveled three times so far and only received one new attribute point. Is this supposed to happen?

Being more observative, you'd notice that you start having 3 attribute points available to train. You don't get one point in every level you advance. You get one ever two levels, and one if you have done enough mentoring in the past month, after the reboot. I hope this is clear enough.

Well, that explains it! Makes much more sense. Usually, I'm much more observant, but when everything's brand new, you're bound to miss something.
