But don't they still have to... read it? Wouldn't that be like a billboard advertising canes and seeing eye dogs? Or a neon sign for a blind-only strip club?

Everything is in large print for the visually impaired, and there is free speech software that can be downloaded for those that are completely blind that will read the text aloud for you.

Ain't technology grand!
