Shattered Kingdoms

Hovering in Midair
  You find yourself hovering over the tower which is quite a ways down below.
Bright white orbs of light are slowly circling around, providing constant light
to the open air space around you. To the north and east, you can see the tower
and large observation bubbles jutting out from it's side like clear, inflamed
blisters on the skin. Above you looms the rest of the tower, but the shadow of
the large building is destroyed by the sufficient lighting provided.
