Shattered Kingdoms

For some reason when I cast from behind a pet with my gnomish necro., it doesn't seem to put me into the battle at all. I don't get the updated status text on what I am fighting and I can actually let my pulse slow down after casting a few times and sleep while my pets fight on.

While this MAY seem nice and all, it has caused me to get a 40 day detention in Nerinah for a few law NPCs and the judge. I maybe attacked 4-5 people, myself, but it charges me for a new crime for EACH cast.

I won't QQ on it any longer, but it should be looked into if it hasn't already.

If you're in the back row and without a reach weapon then you're not gonna be in combat, I don't think this really is a bug.

It's not a combat bug, but it is a law bug. It's been mentioned in this forum before, but until there is an opportunity to restructure the law system to correct this flaw, crimes will be accumulated per casting.

wow. Doesn't seem like I deserve 20 hours for that, but I guess there is nothing I can do unless someone desides to be nice and pardon me. :/

As long as you've served a decent amount of time in jail, the local Tribunal should be open to the idea of letting you out just to be rid of you.

I'm sure between you, you can come up with an IC explanation.
