That would require that they know the keywords to activate the skill. Bad ooc knowledge abuse if you aren't in the cabal.

Um, keywords aren't exactly in character. Persuading is convincing someone to do something. Just because you can't use <cabal skill> doesn't mean you can't convince someone to use theirs.

Sorry, Guardian, did I fail to make it clear enough that they SHOUT the KEYWORDS/NAME OF THE ABILITY when they use it? There's really nothing OOC about it if you've seen the moves in action a few times, I'd say.
