I can't seem to figure out what happened, but I been logging in on a regular basis, and yet all my armor seemed to have vanished when I logged in today.

It was not no save items, half of my armor was adamantite from the CoH, and the rest was tanso from Nerina. The most I've gone with out logging in is a couple of days. I don't understand why all my armor is gone when I have not died to anyone for them to take it, nor have I been inactive nearly long enough for my armor to disappear like that.

I also noticed my characters age is way off, its nearly five years less then what it was when I logged in two days ago. Something is screwed up with my character, so if anyone knows whats going on, I'd surely like an explanation.

Is all your armor gone (i.e. you are naked) or was it reset to what you had five years ago? I haven't had the age thing happen to me, but once after a series of repeated realm shifting (crashes and/or reboots) I was surprised at finding myself stripped down to nothing but my weapon when I logged on.

Sounds like you were probably "de-hoarded" during the monthly update. If you don't maintain enough hours, your top level gear gets put back into the game so that we don't have EQ shortages. If I knew the name of the character, I'd be able to say for sure.

The negative years doesn't sound right though. Sounds like he's had a corrupted pfile and someone's loaded an earlier version of it back into the game.

Well as I tried to hint earlier, I can't check anything if I don't know the name of the character. For those of you who notice something bugged with your character, you need to email me immediately. After the first few days, chances are I will only have valid backups of your character that come from the last monthly update.

Characters name is Verone. The age dropped five years and all my armor is gone except for my scabbard and some trinkets I bought in Nerina.

Verone was indeed de-hoarded of all equipment above level 30 (14 items) due to low hours for the month. As for age, perhaps one of those items you were wearing was increasing your age. I don't see any evidence of character file corruption.

There are items that increase age?

Would my time played have been affected by the time I lost in years. I mean if I essencially lost five weeks of my characters life could something have happened to have reset my character back five weeks time both ICly and in game time?

Maybe if you emailed Dulrik a log with your score and eq before and after loosing your eq he could help figure this out for you.
