You are still missing the point. Barb skills don't stack with Fist skills anymore. Griffon Priest should be just as good in Fist as a Griffon Barb (if Barbarians were allowed in Fist, which they aren't).

Except priests don't usually train strength/dex/con to their racial max unlike Barbarians.

And don't forget the skill enhanced damage or brawling, unless you already covered that.

Sanc, prot, haste, GS, heal spells, and wtfpwnage with claws, and toughness to back it up?

Sounds like a plan to me.

Just find a sorc buddy to work with you. But Barbs do have a LOT more HP trains.
