I thought maledictions do not get stopped by images?

I like how you quoted only half of my post.

Anyway, since you were the hero as Joran, tell us why did you choose MI for a spell if it's not overpowered?

And most heros did the same thing.

I chose it to protect me from I win spells, and critical backstabs, charges and cleaves. And from being summon killed, since folks who bashed me hit my mirror images and I could run away.

Let room affecting spells/skills hit the sorc but let the images stay, mirror image isn't the "I win-spell" of 2005, that's sleep which mirror image doesn't protect you from.

Which other defensive spell is so overpowered then?

The cost of casting MI is too small, the cost of getting MI scrolls(even on small tomes from Ch'zzrym it gives 5 images) is quite small also.

MI as it is now IS overpowered. It reduces the chance of getting ganked to 20%, giving you time to quaff word easily. Reduce the number of images to 2 tops and it will be balanced in my book.

I think it is fine. Easy enough to get rid of them images quickly enough to still gank the person.

Theres a reason only sorcs can use it at full strength. Is stoneskin over powered because most of the heros chose it for their amulets? Only warlocks can use it at full power aswell. Why not try building a case against stoneskin by stating the pro's. It's a defensive spell, it's supposed to do that.

Cause light is too buff because it damages people. Sanctuary is too buff because it wont let people attack you and if they do attack you OMG it takes away half the damage. Thats too leet.

Tell me one equally powerful spell. What? Warlock's stoneskin? Allow me to laugh. There are 2342432 wrath/elemental damage daggers to nullify it, there are wrath/elemental damage arrows, dirt kick will still blind him, staves/wands/scrolls will harm him, spells as well.

OVT, think again and reply then.
