Hold person

Any change there is a problem with the NPC spell of hold person? You cannot shield block or dodge while under this spell. Is that right?

You're paralized, you can't move.

Hold person is just like paralyze. You sit there and get hit and cannot move.

Imagine being chained up to a bed and unable to get free, and finding out a Quae sister is there after you. It's the same ending. You are screwed.

Yes, it does happen, usually by a gang, and not often talked about. So, all those laws on the books are actually for all of our benefit.
