I remember you IC. I'll seek your character out and I can drag you along on my training, if anything.

If the mentor command fails you again, try the WHO list searching out anyone of good alignment that also proclaims themselves as a mentor or teacher. Their characters have personally decided to help out people like you.

I read the faq before I even started playing. I read all the appropriate help files. All it says is "Ask other players for help" I have. They either dont know, or wont tell me.

One or two have been kind enough to tell me to "Look around" myself. Charming.

Unfortunately, we can't just tell you where to go on an OOC forum like this. By rule, detailed directions have to be obtained ICly.

If you send enough roleplayed tells, you're very likely to find someone that's willing to help. Go ahead and send them to people who aren't even titled, if need be. You're not asking for information that most people would want to hide - especially when they see that "New to Pyrathia" title you should be wearing.

Judging from the other thread, your character is abrasive to non-griffons, which can be fine roleplay. But don't forget griffons are intelligent. If they can't get those stupid humans to respond sensibly, they're bright enough to try other approaches....
