Anyway as people have said... adjs like "mysterious" that are simply an opinion, or adjs like "smiling" that state a constant state of being, etc., are the ones you should avoid the most.

You can have smiling if you're roleplaying the joker....

Smiling 24/7? That doesn't make any sense to me. An adjective is an essentially permanent part of your physical self. Yes, there's the whole "well how can you see my eye color if i'm sleeping" and other such stuff, but you have to draw the line somewhere. Continuous actions such as smiling is absolutely ridiculous as an actual adjective, though I suppose it'd be ok for temporary disguises.

The joker isn't bound by ordinary laws of physics, he can be smiling at all times. I'm with Elecho on this one - However, if you aren't the joker, then I agree that smiling is an utterly lame adj. 8)

"A glowing male centaur is here" was definitely the worst. Sure, he enchanted all his eq to glow... but what the hell...

Anyway what's this huge running gag with hellions? What are you trying to say about them?

Just fyi... the more you refer to your "apprentices" in positions with flags, the worse you make them and you look.

Really? I wasn't the one that gave them flags. I believe that would be the playerbase/IMMs.

Is it bad to be proud of your flocks accomplishments? I think not. I think your just jealous. How many people have you brought to SK?

Long ago I was given the challenge of bringing twenty people to SK to fill a new deep-cabal. Then they made tribs. Eigther way I still live up to the challenge by expanding our player base. The fact they have had flags attests to their ability as players and the fact that I'm not bringing complete dumb-asses to the game.

Yes there may be -some- dumb-asses. But that is because they are learning. When they learn enough the inevitably become elite. If I council them enough, they lead.

But really, I asked Ardith this once...he never really replied.

How many decent players have you introduced?

The first and cardinal rule of good adjective-picking is that the adjective should be physical. ...jolly... is nice because its fairly unique, but still refers to mental attributes, or attributes that only reveal themselves through interaction.

Just to address this one point...Frollith's jolly is in the physical sense, denoting being overweight and red in the face.

Before you is a jolly male elf. “Jolly” because he is happy, sure, but more so because he is chubby and red-cheeked.
