Alright, so, I've gathered up this armor and feel all heavy and protected somewhat right? Well... then I log off and go to school and almost die through dead week at college right? Right. So I log back on today and my armor and my sword are gone. wtf? I'm a little confused here. I know thieves didn't take it, the message didn't appear when I logged in. So where's my gear going?.. I don't like logging in naked and having to run around trying to find gear again.

Were you inactive? If you don't play a certain number of hours a month then rarer items on your person will get automatically removed, even if you're a GM. It's to prevent those obnoxious chars who go out, grab lots of [REDACTED], then log in like once a month thereafter.

Someone didn't play enough hours last month

That makes sense, but this wasn't exactly rare armor or anything. I guess the sword might have been more so than the armor. But I haven't been just like utterly inactive ya know. And being on an unstable connection at college doesn't help log the hours. :x

But yeah, I didn't know that, that does help a bit I guess. But usually it's ALL of my armor minus what's on my wrist, neck, finger, and around my body. Kind of struck me as not so normal. But whatever. Naked I shall be and shameless about it I shall be as well!!!

It doesn't have to be exceptionally high level armor to be lifted. I lost a set of Ch'zzrym mesh (from the pyramid) when I stopped playing him. I thought it'd save, but it didn't.

I logged in naked.

I have even lost my symbol most of the times I log Gasbah in.

Which reminds me that symbols should be flaged not to be taken in such cases.
