You are no longer invisible.
You cleave through a grey-feathered pigeon's chest!
Your cleave does UNSPEAKABLE THINGS to a grey-feathered pigeon!
A grey-feathered pigeon is DEAD!!
You hear a grey-feathered pigeon's death cry.
I see nothing like that in the corpse.
You junk a corpse of a grey-feathered pigeon.

You cleave a mottled pigeon's chest.  A mottled pigeon falls on its knees and collapses.
A mottled pigeon is DEAD!!
A mottled pigeon's guts spill out.
I see nothing like that in the corpse.
You junk a corpse of a mottled pigeon.

That should be looked into, I'd rather not have it happen in pk with a cleav human

I think this is a bug/feature that concerns the specific duet of NPCs alone. I think it applies to more things than cleave.

The NPCs do not assist and I did not have any commands stacked - It doesn't happen when I rawkill NPCs with a ordinary cleave, just critical cleaves.

It's a bug, it may only cause trouble rarely, but it should be fixed.

Bug or not, you are a sadistic ba***rd. Cleaving pigeons.
They should all form an alliance against you and "airstrike" you when you go near Teron.

If the pigeon is dead you shouldn't have to hit it again. That's a bug. It should be remedied.

Uh, check your weapon.
You didn't cleave twice, and those NPCs DO assist.
All you saw was you hitting the other pigeon with the weapon you were using.

Listen now ...

#1 Try getting a lowbie which won't kill pigeons in one hit and attack the one when there are two in the room - Now, you will come to the conclusion that they DO NOT assist.

#2 Yes, it was an ordinary hit against the SECOND pigeon after the first had DIED. This means that if I, in example, would type cleave human with two humans in the room and then proceed to crit cleave the first, I would engage the second in normal combat - Which would be a hassle if he was in my party.

#3 This is a bug and should be fixed.

#4 How would which weapon I use play a role? Dimwit...
