Four rooms later

Code:
You ride a spirit steed west.

A road in the wastes
The trees here are mostly evergreen, with tall gray pines
\hhhh   shielding out much of the sky above.  The ground is relatively
p\*-+   clear of brush, as roots and pine needles provide much of the
fffff   cover.  It's mostly clear, numbingly frozen, and windy.

Obvious exits: n e s w nw ne sw se
A thin film of lumpy slime covers a portion of the ground here.
(Charmed) A spirit steed is here mounted by you.
An undead horror, the snake-like necrophidius, lurks here silently.

A road in the wastes
Narrow fir trees rise up into the sky here, close together

Overall, a necrophidius is in excellent condition.

Too little time after

Code:
Everything goes dark as you feel your arm fall to the ground!
You have been KILLED!!

Ok, obvious bug #1: I am attacked althought I have auto-surrender on

#2: I am killed instead of held accountable of the charges I am wanted for (in this case just teleportation due to banishment)

Not so obvious "bug" #1: Necrophidi "poison-bite" which will kill you after you are sent to prison/teleported elsewhere - This ability should not be on a law-mob which will send you to jail with 0% hp...

The auto surrender ON part is certainly a bug.

On getting killed by law NPCs, it's kinda random. Sometimes law NPCs stun you and carry you in, sometimes they kill you. Whatever.

The poison is a feature. CoN NPCs can plague and poison as part of their spell set, if you don't have enough enchants and get hit by these spells from these NPCs you should be happy you get out of jail one hour faster.

If the law NPC was tracking you it will not accept auto surrender. As for poison there is a plagued NPC in jail to kill you. There isnt really that much of a need for poison but it doesnt make that much difference.

This is not a bug. A bug is watching one necrophidius killing all the paladins of Sith's gate and entering the city. You gotta love those buggers. :D

I highly doubt this ever did happen. After all their spamming Bog+HW would rape it, so stop QQing. Unless of course, there was already a raid with/before it and the guards were like... 1.

And yes, if the bounty NPC is already tracking you down, auto surrender will do nothing for you. As in all bounty NPCs.

It did happen. I got a tell to help the one who was after. I go at the gate and i find it fighting the second inner paladin (after it had killed the outer ones) because the door was open and it entered. He had killed the ones outside, one inside and was killed from the second inside. Since that player was naked i assume it reached the gate with full hp, berserked and according to you and Silmar with mode kill. And it's not a qq. I think as it is the tribunals have either strong spawned NPCs or strong guards. Krychire have strong hunters. But let's not turn another thread to trib hunters debate.

No bug here I think.

Konge was not wanted for anything. He was banished so he wouldnt surrender to goto jail.

Notice no list of crimes from the bounty NPC.

He had an attempted murder I guess. But even if it was a plain banishment, he didn't get teleported. He got killed as he shows.
