Selhys and Paithon's tower are under Imperial control? These are so far away there is no way they can effectively control the area. This is the same reasoning that I argued against Cain Techt to be under Zhenshi control.

No oceans ought to be spawning empire bounty hunters. This is a problem with the rooms being flagged incorrectly. However as it would be a HUGE amount of work to reflag all the oceans exactly correct, I will be adding some code so that no bounty guys ever spawn in the ocean.

things to remember, regular water sources should have bounty hunters, and those areas near the shore that can be swam in still should also be switched to be the appopriate area. just cause quick fixs usually miss stuffs...

Understandable, it would indeed require loads of work. I'm very content with the "alternative" solution. Thank you.

Or they should spawn and instantly start drowning. That'd be awesome.

Bolt of glory! *gasp* *glub* *die*

Well, that is how it is now. Hilarious, those nifty kingdom sorcerors remember to teleport them out there, cast etherealform on them - but forgot the bubble of airy water...

Irooony.

Honestly, I think that some really really awsome team of IMMs should probably take the time to reflag all of it. It is just because the last time I was in the MC we were in desperate need/want of VNUMs and this could be the reason that there are almost literally none left for their disposal? I mean, is it really fair to pull the rug over a big mess when it means that players of a cabal won't be able to have any neat new areas? I dunno, your game..

It has absolutely nothing to do with available vnums.

Poor Wert, he'll most likely get to be the one that gets to fix this.
