So I go to fight this NPC, just for the kicks of it, and right after the battle started it attacked me twice as many times as it should have. Being hasted and all, it gets 6 attacks/round with the weapon that it has...

So, in the big round there, the NPC gets 6 attacks on me until the stone skin is gone. Then it gets 6 more attacks. Since I started with a spell and right after that it got full round of attacks, you can't give it the advantage of a lagged round(plus it's not grouped with auto assist on with another NPC anyway).
I have to admit it though, those 12 attacks in one round make even old haste look bad.
And one more bug. I never use no spam and all, because I want to get a picture of the full battle always, even misses and all. But right after the 2nd round starts, the NPC eparries my pet's natural attack but doesn't strike back. Perhaps it is related to the other bug as well.
Any ideas?
