Fixing bounty hunter NPCs? I know this has been addressed...but At least make Ayamao's bounty hunters a bit buffer than their currently sorry state?

Oh oh oh. A NPC that does tattoos (similiar to Aram, but without a physical thing, its more rp). Or at least a shop that sells the tools necessary to create tattoos. Or both.

I always thought Ayamao's garbage bounty NPCs were offset by the fact that there is one entrance to the place guarded by a bunch of NPCs, and their having some pretty tough law enforcers at other areas they can get to.

It's easy to get into Sith'a'niel, there's a NPC that transfers you to the middle of the city, when asked to, even if you're outlawed.

Ghent,Feranim, And Zavier have already RPed to get an NPC set up for a tattoo shop. Thuban has been slacking.

I agree 100% a Council of Blossoms would be soo great! Therefor they can vote for a new commander, or captain, or so on.. Also, I think Players owning houses and being able to decroate the houses would be great, and make tons of fun roleplaying, but of course it would be expensive... And I also think that the Monastary should have more of a say in Zhenshi! All the Monks there defend Zhenshi with there lifes, is it not only fair to give them at least some say in Zhenshi?
