Well *logicaly* in reality you should be able to at least drop things on the ground if not put them in your inventory. I was trying to do something like "drop right" or "remove right" which I have seen in other MUDS.
How do I run outside when I can't see anything and outside is "road"?
What is Moonlight?

Uh...light from the moon? Just like in real life, there's a period of time before the moon is high in the sky, where it's pretty dark. Midnight-2am, the moons pretty much directly overhead, and that gives you a little bit of light to see by. While I agree, you should be able to drop things in pitch black, it's not really all that practical. Remove, however, is trickier. Since, by removing a sword, you're effectively securing it on your person so it doesn't drop while walking/running/traveling. There's no way you can secure anything in pitch black.

Then why can't there be a separate command to drop? It's only logical that you should be able to let go of something without being able to see, right?

I have to agree. Removing your armor in absolute darkness is one thing. Dropping an object you're holding in your hands is quite another.
I wouldn't mind seeing this addition [drop right/drop left as a blind remove/drop of any item held in the right/left hands {unless they're cursed}].
It makes sense.

Well, in the wilderness the moon does rise and you can see after an IC hour or so. You see, this is why I rolled a half elf.

Actually, during some points in the calendar, it can be 3-5 minutes. And no one wants to sit around for 5 minutes so they can drop something.
