Uh, why not just buff up the set you get from GGI and other Wastelands equipment instead of changing the hell out of sacred gear?

Because it destroys the need to actually work for great equipment when it is simply handed to you on a silver platter.

What's the point of making areas like the wastelands, or something else of the sort when there is superior equipment right at home?

I'm not in favor of wimping the suits, although I think they should all be desirable. That is none of them should be considered junk.

What I am in favor of is making sure the sets are not handed to you on a silver platter. If you are going to obtain the whole set in one place, it should require a group to take the guy down. If the armor is going to be requestable then you should have to go to at least three different areas forcing you to travel the whole realm in order to get them all.

some of the suits have quirky bugs I've noticed.

I would say something like I like the sacred gear and I think its great and I'm glad that players all got to design the suits and the only reason we have full suits is because PLAYERS made it that way, since the guidelines were that we could make 10 items. Any items btw, didn't even have to make a single piece of armor if we didn't wish to.

But you'd all probably just think I was biased since I keep a whole suit to myself so I won't say all that.

Dabi sacred armor sucks to high hell, and the Imms won't even let us change the crappy enchantments the junky armor has. Who the hell wants moderate reflex and fort on each piece? That's just messed up and makes the armor a piece of crap.

Being as I've never even touched the sacred armor and I've been HF for more than 30 weeks I'll withhold all comments other than I think that they should be shared and not all on one character.

Tell Delear to give it to you, not like he needs it, ever since summon got changed, he hasn't done anything, because all he used to ever do was summon kill people. And he hardly plays.

I've asked IC and OOC.

My answer is simply "no."

You've asked him? Just kick him out of the religion, problem solved.
IMO The HF of a darkie religion is totally fine demanding sacred eq, lighites, I can see too, just not like killing for it. It's sort of a proviledge of being HF I'd think, you're the like chosen of the God, you get the sacred eq, if you feel like giving it out to people as a reward, go ahead.

You make it sound like everyone and their mother wears sacred suits. There is an extremely limited capacity and only one person in a religion will have one. I think they are fine.

Meh. Maybe for some sets, but not all. The paladin/hellion sets, for example, (Dulrik, Alshain, Ain, Sargas) are most sensibly placed on one character, like the HF.
