The help files (so far as I know) were designed to be an aid and not a
limiting force. I would have no OOC problem with a scrupulous char who,
under duress, temporarily allied with a necromancer to save a city when
the lightie had absolutely no other options. Would every scrupulous char
do so? No. If I was playing a lightie at the time, would I have a negative
attitude towards that char? Probably. Is that bad? No. It's roleplay.

Sorry to encourage the straying from topic, but I just wanted to say beautifully put.

Wow, the guardians are not even the proper alignments?!

So long as we keep to the tradition of crs having absolutly NOTHING to do with cabals or their histories...

What a waste of time, why did this happen to cabals and not tribs instead?

Because apparently, cabals did not fight enough.

As I recall, CRS was implemented to boost PVP.

All of the guardians are magical constructs - aka robots. They do not have an alignment, so your spell is just giving a false reading.

giving the guardians light or dark alignments would also give certain cabals and classes a huge advantage in relic taking. Best they stay grey.
