What do deep-elves look like? Do they look like the Drow, dark-skinned and white-haired with red eyes? Or are they like pale skinned elves or something?

Despite what it may look like on some of the NPCs, they are pale-skinned elves.

Think Norse Dark-Elves. Pale-skinned, black-haired, underground. Their name doesn't reflect their skin color, but their hearts.

They tend toward pale-skinned, but you can find elves and deep-elves with other skin colors just like humans. We are purposefully trying to avoid the D&D drow archtype.
