So much for free speech in the forums. Mr. Persons, where art thou?

Btw, this idea is rather lame. You want more people around in the world, not the afterlife.

Did you read my idea? The "wraith" would be in both worlds and subject to RP summon/charms. It would be selective and similar to the requirements for a leader flag.

As you guys shoot this idea down, why do you avoid addressing specific parts that are contrary to your criticisms? Obviously Big D hates the idea so it is a no go, but let’s at least have a dialogue in the specifics.

On the flip side of the coin, thank you. Now perhaps I can get a discussion on the specifics.

Lucius, what we're trying to tell you is that the idea as a whole is not a good one. The concept is flawed, and Dulrik has said he doesn't want it implemented.

That seems like a pretty good place to roll credits, to me.

Because it's not always clear what he does, but it's probably awesome and important.

If Age-Dead characters could get a sick bonus to manifestation, like getting a massive wis boost and the ability to manifest at the stones, I'd be happy. I don't want to be able to PK after dying, I want to be able to RP without a hard-as-hell process involving finding lots of other people and losing mana faster than I'd like.

Easy, add a form that is similar to incarnation (not reincarnation, where the spirit manifests into a solid form), and allow the dead to be able to return to life through an immortal command with impaired stats and no skills. That way long dead warriors could return from the 'netherrealms' of their god's afterlife, or a spirit of old could return to a new shaman.

Have it last x amount of hours before it fades (rl hours).

Flaming is against the rules for any forum except for General Discussion. Many people prefer to discuss issues rather than waste their time scrolling through flames. If you want to flame, go to General Discussion. That's why it is there. No one else seems to have a problem understanding this. The warning was worded harshly because you were ignoring previous warnings.

Really? Where was I warned?
I want to talk about content, but folks like Jardek who alway turn things negative make me also want to react.
