Forsooth is right banishment is and should be only used in extrem cases.
Even if a player commits a few crimes they should not be banished. Now if one player has a 100 lines of crimes then a trib has every right to banish said player.

I just want to know Adroan why you think it would be a good idea to give players the right to banish people who have not broken the law.

Hehehehe. Damn, dude. You got to get clever. When you see abnormal activity, run for it. Don't ask questions.

Or just attack the source of said abnormal activity. If someone you interact with a lot is acting weird, stun them. Example = Corathir walking by dead bodies and not going OMG Eiveira, wtf'd you do!!?!?!?!

If you believe one skill/spell in a cabal, or many are overpowered, then do what everyone else does, reroll and join that cabal and never fear it being used on you but have those fear, you using it on them.

I think the reason for the idea is sound but the idea was around and it didnt work players cant handle it. Some people where getting death marked before out of creation because they made a title that sounded evil or some such.

I do how ever think that while disguised as someone that doesnt exist you should not be able to report crimes committed against you. A bit of the old double edged sword. I dont think it would wimp the power to much consider if they did kill you then you could report it. The use of the power in this way would if all reports Ive heard of the cabal of late are true get you at least tarnished with in the cabal but thats a side issue. The AI in the game is not amazing but it doesnt take a prodigy to put two and two together in the situation where someone that doesnt exist is reported then someone that "doesnt exist" reports someone for attacking them and the the judge is able to work out exactly who this person that "doesnt exist' is and write it down on in the crimes list as attempted murder or some such.

With a little extra thought this change to make the power a double edged sword could be used to make the victim of the power to be actively aggressive towards the real person thinking they cant be reported for it.

Good God. Cabal powers have to be good for something. Why even have cabal powers if they are all going to be useless crap.
