Well, I was training in the sewers in Exile and was gaining some experience so I figured I would go try to find a trainer so I could advance...well...
I walked through the entire city and found Percer and Baltus, both of which said that I was not ready for their level advancement review. So in all of Exile there was no NPC to help me train a level.
It was a little aggravating. I ended up just going back to Nerina for a while since I knew they would train me there. Is this something that can be looked into?
Code:
oOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOoOOOo
 o [Scores] Iphedeiah,.                                                      o

 o    Status: Novice(2)         Race: Half-elf         Class: Paladin        o

o You are fighting a sewer rat.                                         o
o You may advance to the next level.                                        o
 o You have played 8 hour(s) so far.                                         o

Should be in gameplay, but yes, Exile is one of the very few citites without a level traininer who can help people up to Jman.

I believe that most of the Peacekeeper NPCs train levels under j-man

I actually went and typed "train" everywhere I saw an npc. And the Peacekeepers don't teach level either.
Code:
A Peacekeeper will teach the following:
Shield block for 5 silver
Self defense for 9 silver
Sword for 2 silver
A Peacekeeper will teach the following:
Rescue for 5 silver
Sword for 5 silver

If he doesn't, IMHO Percer should train levels up to journeyman, unless the KD has other idea. That said, did you try the judge?

Yep and Obadiah. I also thought Lozarethen(?), the npc who replaced Quentin might, be he doesn't offer it at all either.

I have bug-loged it too. After the latest changes in Taslamar Exile no longer has a single level trainer for low levels.

The judge used to train levels and I assumed it was just because I was the wrong class.

However, go back to the college and train level there. you can still get into the first area of the training halls and the NPC (cant remember his name) trains level for a reasonable price.

Because, as we all know, the walk back to the Collegium is one that is very easy on a low-level character.

You don't have to spend your entire PE pool twice over during the typical windstorm to make that trip.

Buy a horse and ride it (worked for me... until the thing decided fleeing wasnt part of it's remit). It is also quicker than buggering off to Nerina. I am not saying it is ideal, but just providing an option / work around.
