Better late than ever...

The deep elven man was born near the middle of sixth century, the exact location, environment and circumstances still remain unknown. His disfigured left hand bearing six fingers, considered to be a bad omen and a sign of damnation by those of his race and even his parents agreed to cast him away as he reached the age of six. He was abandoned at the bridge of Khalida outside the city of Exile to be killed by those of the light, obviously underestimating the instict of self preserverance and chances of survival. The people of the west were merciful enough to spare the accursed child but still forced him to leave the city and never come back. He managed to sneak into the sewers and survive for a short time before he was found and banished to the land of Uxmaln. Through seer luck, he managed to survive the lurking dangers in the city of Teron and fled to the east within a year's time. As most know the ways of the Bright Star, the six fingered deep elven child narrowly escaped slavery and found himself on the move for a new home. His search was disrupted by a daemon who obviously wan't touched by the young of his age; Hunted once again he found himself in an obviously dangerous and forgotten place, where a camp was his only hope to find refuge. The denizens of the place where knights donned with shiny armors, strong enough to preserve themselves from surrounding dangers yet hostile to the child itself. The swamps, eerie screams and abnormally quiet and twisted gnarled trees were the last of his concerns at the moment. As he confronted the hostility of the realms, he only wished to be left alone. His tracks were lost at that time...

After a full century he made his reappearence to the northern wastes and spent thirty years as an observer of political events and studying the ways of those who were considered powerful. For that time, he paid tribute to every known Lord of the realms, usually dedicating a full month of the year to each Lord until he realised that only one could offer the most, according to his future plans. His dismissal toward material belongings and titles didn't make his path easier but allowed him a full focus on the goals he set long before his arrival. At the age of 130 he was powerful enough to raise armies of undead and educated on all aspects that mattered to him. At that point he joined the Harlequins, a group of erratic people who held the power of confusion and ultimate chaos. With the Lord of Eloquence guiding his words and the Harlequins supporting him at the political scene, the stage was set. The six fingered deep elven man was the mentor of hundred necromancers throughout his life and aquired and retained the title of 'Hero of the necromancers' for as long as he was alive. Keeping a low profile, hiding his religious and political affiliations, directly involve or engage only when absolutely necessary, helped most of his subtle plans to take the required form and present succesful results.

He believed that all necromancers and undead share a distant blood and spiritual connection and the undead stand somewhere between mortality and divinity; Undeath is simply a parallel form of existence to both of its twins, lying higher than one and yet seperated from the other. The undead creature is nothing but another life form, far different from and superior to mortal measures in all aspects. Throughout his life, he never stop teaching the ways of Unlife and seeking the ancient secrets of the Undeath while blaiming the necromancers themselves for the shameful dissipation of past necromatic glory.

Expanding and preserving the Undeath was one of the most important goals he ever sought and devoted most of his time working on it. While a citizen of the Northern wastes, whoever harmed an undead creature he found himself to be a target of the deep elven necromancer no matter the cost. Towards the end of the 7th century T.A. he engaged in a furious war against the Empire of the Bright Star in an efford to negotiate the acceptance of the Undeath within the Kingdom. It took him twenty five years of unstoppable planning and blood spilling to complete the task but that was only the beggining. Fifty years later and after innumerous similar attempts to other nations, he managed to gather over fifteen able necromancers in animating legions of undead and lead them to the lands of Zhensh. His plan had nothing to do with conquering the region but instead making the undead a sight that the southern people will slowly accept and get used to. He considered that future generations will tolerate them much easier and his young students, will eventaully find a way to complete the task that started back then.

While young, he appeared as rather rude and uncivilised, holding little respect to the ways of his kin and sometimes acting like a half breed. As a middle aged man, he could be characterised as moody and unpredictable but also consistant on his completely ubsurd reasoning, appearing insane and confusing to all but him. He was accused of having more than one personalities and that is probably accurate. Reaching the age of old, madness dominated his existance in every aspect. Jumpy and ill tempered for no apparent reason, focussed still to his own plans, now totally distorted by his insane mind and the Lord of the Abyss, his thread with reality was cut and became more and more distanceful.

Delear remained a member of the Harlequins for the rest of his mortal life. He was always a shadow and a silent observer watching closely but rarely interfered, let alone instances of great need and crisis.
Near the end of his mortal life, the greatest necromantic legend known to mortals, decided to forsake the necromancers. He considered this as one of his greatest failures as the Dracolich meant more than that to him. Delear believed it to be the guardian of the Abyss and with that event, his work on the realms was incomplete and path to lichhood should be postponed. The now venerable deep elven man, frustrated and dissapointed, he considered remaining alive for longer so he could affect the leaders of various factions furthermore. Ofcourse his vision of Kol's Empire returning, could never happen during his mortal years and he knew that well. Finally he decided to follow the path he planned and take no unnecessary risks. Still faithful to the Lord of Deceit, the Day of Deception, Grand Struggle 2nd, 920 T.A. Delear the six fingered deep elven man, dissapeared to the bowels of the necropolis.

Some say that the lonely necromancer wonders the realms in another form, seeking to reclaim what was slowly began to withdraw from their grasp and find those who will revive the ancient Necromancers glory.
