Taunt

Taunt was changed so that it is less effective when the person taunting has a much bigger group than the person getting taunted. Recently I came across a log of someone getting taunted 3v1. After the front row pet died the sorceror in the second row broke free from the taunt with a message I had never seen before.

Derk Thoms is DEAD!!
You hear Derk Thoms's death cry.
One of your members has left the party.
You come to your senses as HellyKid joins the attack.
You feel level-headed again.

My question is, what does "You come to your senses as HellyKid joins the attack" reflect upon, and if it reflects upon what I think it does, shouldn't he have gotten that message as soon as he started being assaulted by the three people?

It reflects how fast you should type in disband/leave; wimpy 100, and then flee.

So you think that "You come to your senses as HellyKid joins the attack" only happens when you actually enter into melee combat with the group attacking you, and that a person should disband as quick as possible to force the enemies into hitting you with melee?

It shouldn't matter if your in melee combat or not, the sorceror would have came to his senses as soon as he got taunted. You shouldn't have to wait for your pet to die before it takes affect.

The "you come to your senses" messages IS relatively new and indicates that your taunt status has been ended due to certain factors.

Minus the huge int-penalty, the auto-pulse racing, and the breaking of sanctuary it causes that all can't be counter-striked, and the inability to flee with even numbers.
