What time on Sunday is this expected to start?

Immortals will kick off RP around the following times:
7AM System Time, Noon System Time and 5PM System Time

Depending on what happens, RP may be ongoing throughout the day but there's also no guarantee that events won't have concluded early.

Note: System Time is Pacific Standard Time. Use the time command in the game to compare Server Time with your local time.

What kinda RP?

Can I request RPs?

What if my char isn't involved with any cabal/tribunals that are to be RPed with.

What if my char doesn't care about the wolrd at large and GRP would just make him hide in a hole?

What if I needed an IMM right about that time to do a couple delicious echoes in a room? animate an NPC? huh huh?

Is this a already decided sorta RP, or like...RP with urverybody day?

I will try to show up some throughout the day- but Sunday tends to be one of my busier days due to working at a church, required dinner with family afterwards, etc etc.

I certainly hope to see lots of logs of these events.. not on this site of course!

Fluff, I don't wanna steal your bird, so I'll just say:

I HATE YOU ALL (except the ones who at least TRY to ahrpee, which are normally newbies nowadays. *glare*)

Whatever the RP, I really hope that if it is to affect the world like the last one, that even lowbies should be involved. I've seen this happen once. I also hope that the end result of what is going isn't predetermined. I'm not bashing the quality of the roleplays that I have been involved with, they were alright. However. I have had three serious characters in the last three years. One IMM rp happened only once with each of them. The rest of the 600 some hours of time spent, although it is looked down upon, is leveling and looking for what little eq I know I can find without help. Really, if it is just an rp surrounded by pk, I won't be impressed. I am really just hoping for something big enough and fancy enough to involve everyone. If it's a cabal vs. cabal RP, ..... well.... do as you wish. I have no idea what this is going to be but.... I'm looking forward to hearing about what type of thing will go on. Good luck, it's these types of things I'm looking for to keep me playing, to be honest. I almost quit playing twice until somethin new happened right before I stopped. I just wish it wasn't always right before I get so bored with the constant gank rp's and the talking around the fountain rp's. Something new, please, so new, that everyone on at the time can get involved.


BTW, you're only hearing this from me because I'm [REDACTED] up, so... take it how you will. I think that .... I think a lot.... yeah. Noramally I just [REDACTED] at myself aloud and curse how this game is compared to how it could be. I mean, the winner of the RP is gonna go to the biggest group of tactitions anyhow, who usually are on the same side, no matter how loosely affiliated. I mean when its the group about to prevail, the gods should intervene, if it a situation on such a scale that it could affect the realms, the IMM's should be sending personal room echoes to all kinds of people. I mean, wouldn't it be bad for an entire room of overpowered titans of power fell to a champ or master level pc alone with the aid of an IMM. Under impossible odds, some craziness happens and they all died to a novice level sprite bard or something, you know. The Gods intervening against each other.

Maybe this happens, but in the last three year, I ain't seen it. Don't get me wrong, what ones I were part of, were a blast. Would have been alot more fun wih more people though.

This post is only spawned on my enjoyment of the game. I love it, and I want to see it flourish like I have heard that it did.

I mean, I remember being a warlock, running out into the wilderness to rp bynself worshiping yed. I found it fun. I don't think anyone aroud finds much of those things fun anymore.

I don't talk alot on the forums because, to be honest, and you al know it, it's a soap oprah, the start is a question, the next phase is arguing, and the next phase in an aswer to a question that was not the point.

Not me. However, both immortals and players are located at various time zones where that is a good time for them to be playing.

Also, this thread is getting out of hand. This is not going to be the type of RP that affects more than one region of the game. If you are expecting it to be world shaking, you will be disappointed.

I really, really, really, really, really wish people would shut up and just let the imms do global RP without the excessive complaints, opinions, criticisms. Participate or don't -- just shut up about it. If you want to be 'included', then INCLUDE YOURSELF. No one is obligated to feed you your own RP, you must go out and take it. Whether its level 1 or level 50.

I fully admire the staff for their efforts that go often not only unrewarded, but PUNISHED. Consider this: they aren't paid to do this (there ARE muds which pay imms to be part of the staff, I and a few others that are here have been in those positions - and yeah, while 50-75 bucks a month isn't much, its still more than nothing) and they do it damn well for volunteers. I don't feel bad for them, because in the end, all you are doing by griping is hurting your own fun.

I swear they are the reincarnated form of Ghandi somedays with all the patience they have. Some of you need to -think- before you post.
