While in battle I can cast cure light with all three of those spells up.
After my frenzy runs out I lose all my concentration. I think that part of this bug is when frenzy runs out there is still concentration with it. There is nothing that wipes the player from the concentration that is not longer there due to the spell runing out.

now it does not seem to be the case if I myself release it. It is just when it releases naturally.

I can confirm that this spell is bugged.

Sleep is also bugged for concentration. I'm not sure if it doesn't clear the concentration when the target is attacked and wakes up, or when you cast it multiple times on the same NPC without releasing, but it hammers concentration pretty hard.

It is most likely to be all spells that can be broken do to other facts then release command are likely to be affected. I am not much of a coder but I think there is just like a missing line in these spells to release the spell if it is broken by waking up or wearing off.

I think I have a fix ready to go in for the multi-affect (frenzy, bless, etc) concentration bug. Once it is in, I'll need some people to let me know if that also fixed the other problems (like getting hit by hold person).
