Adrienne's spell causes your arm to regenerate.

You wield a white adamantite dagger in your hand.
You are skilled with a white adamantite dagger.
You need two hands for that.
You wear an engraved Exile Palace wristguard around your left wrist.
You wear a ring of mystic energy on your left finger.

Only 1 arm was severed, and I wasn't wearing anything on my other arm, but I couldn't wear the one bracelet/ring I should have been able to on that arm.

You get one ring on each hand and one bracelet on each arm. If you only have one arm, you only are supposed to get one ring and one bracelet. So if it is preventing you from wearing a second ring, that's not a bug.

Unfortunately, that's not what your log is showing. I don't see a message at the very end rejecting your right wristguard. Unless your log is posted incorrectly that appears to be the real bug.

Er, I was naked, holding my equipment. My left arm is severed (at top of log), I go to wear any of my rings. I have two rings, 1 arm, so I should be able to wear 1...

Adrienne then regenerates my arm, and I can now wear both rings/both wrists. Before, I could not.

The bug is that if you have a severed arm, you can not wear anything on your single arm.

Maybe you need the other arm to put the ring on / strap on the armguard...

I think I know what this is and it definately looks buggy.

If you lose your first arm, on the EQ list, the one which is on top (dont remember if it's left or right), then the game checks the slot to place the item, and sees that the limb is not there.

If the first wear slot on the EQ list is missing, I can only guess it's buggy and it does not check the second limb.

I think an Imm should put the theory to the test to verify that. That is what comes to mind with the above log.
