Under the current system of group combat once a battle is started you can not gather any more crimes till the end of combat. Can not when a tribunal member attacks you you get flagged like this? Protecting you till you stun or kill them as now, yet if you attack them you become outlawed.

I see what's going on. This is your response to inappropriate conduct by tribunal members. It's sad that you give players a player run organization and they all abuse the spirit of the law to the point where you have to specifically make it so the law doesn't apply to them. I mean let's face ICly it's a very hard thing to explain that the law no longer applies to the guards of a city in some situations.

As for the travelling law NPC, I don't have an issue with that. It seems appropriate that the Justiciar of taslamar wouldn't travel to hostile territory alone.

This also prevents the whole, "Spam kill law NPCs until bank coffers are empty." bit. If you ignore 100 crys of "OMG I AM GETTING OWNZ0RZED!" you should turn in your badge and get out of town.

I'll say again, this is an extremely elite update for tribunals. Being in a tribunal is suddenly a lot cooler. It will certainly make tribunals more offensive, but I consider that a good thing, especially if it means cabals are going in the reverse direction.

I don't know how elite this is. It sounds like it's fairly unrealistic but the player run organizations were being abused and Dulrik was forced to change them to limit the abuse.

Please don't say if you want realism you'd be doing something else. That joke has been done again and again and again...........
