Are you simply looking for things to go against this?

Listen, outlaw memory only gives you the CURRENT STATUS of the character. So IF you used outlaw memory in your situation it would yield a cloak halfling. Just like if you used it on someone who logged out it says someone.

There is no reason this shouldn't be possible. It's annoying as hell that you cannot see what crimes you have after being killed in enemy lands.
