 Post subject: Bash bug

I had my pet in front and flew south from combat and got bashed. I am fairly sure the character did not enter the room.
The start of combat:

A calm male half-elf stops flying.

[HP:100%] [ME: 98%] [PE:100%]

Tenkawa Road
The tightly-packed sandstone bricks forming the base of this broad street
have been purposefully concaved to faciliate drainage into the iron grates
placed intermittently in its center, yet the change in slope is so
tastefully modest that it only serves to broaden the appearance of this
already-wide passage. An elevated wooden boardwalk parallels each side,
allowing access to the structures found there.
It's clear, very hot, and there is absolutely no wind.
Obvious exits: n e s

Before I looked at the bash, I would look at the fact that the calm half-elf and a handsome human had clearly engaged you in battle, and yet you were simply able to walk away.

His character wasn't attacking the calm male half-elf, so he wasn't even in combat. He's free to walk away from that.

He was in combat because he has been engage by the Handsome on:

When they attacked I was behind my pet with no reaching weapon. So I am free to walk away and not have to flee. They had reaching weapons to go over my pet to reach me. I had assist on at the time. The calm/handsome were grouped and the handsome had assist on from what I see.

You have to be attacking yourself to be in combat.

If your simply getting hit you can walk away.

That looks like a bug with the bash thing.

I remember bashing someone down with my wraiths from a room distance, there is definately something weird here.

I don't have a log but the sequence from my pov was different, but still weird. It was something like this:

glance xxx
A wild boar stands in front of XXX
dirt xxx
bash>you send xxx sprawling (while he is behind the pet)
(after the bash) xxx soars south

The bash was with no target and I was surprised that the character was aimed instead of the pet. I didn't even know he was lagged after that in the next room.
