Shattered Kingdoms

Alright I've been having problems with the quest in Skybolt suddenly not working at all. Is anyone else comming up with the same problem? To fix it so far I've killed all the NPCs involved and obtained what I had to again.

I think everyone is having problems with this quest. Currently, my character will give her things and she will only say "You've already given me that," and she won't finish the quest. I've tried killing her, but maybe I need to try killing everyone as well. It would be too awesome if this could be fixed, but I think the IMMs are already trying, and the script just keeps breaking.

Finished it today with no major problem. She took one item and it didn't register, but the rest was smooth sailing.
