joining a tribunal also requires RP. Tribunal NPCs' spells also are not GM, so friends are still preferable. Lets look at the trade offs, you can't report attempted murder in your own lands? People raiding will also have the same spells, and if they are a tribunal then it will be even, a cabal will also have their skills, and non affiliated will have those same spells from friends cause they would be dumb not to.

Not all tribunals have the same access to spells that others do.

So they're unique. What's the problem? Do you want cookie cutter tribunals like the cabal HQ's got?

No.. you said that people would raiding would have the same spells you do - which is not true.

Well, since you are a tribunal and will mostly be defending, you never know when you will be raided. Those that are raiding know when they will. It is safe to assume that they will have friends about to buff them. You on the other hand may not, and if not, what real advantage do you have for the fact that you can pretty much cant do jack till they do kill you, attempts dont count.

If I am not mistaken there is one GM law NPC in Taslamar. You need to have max cha on half elf to order it. We are talking about a lot of stat points or enchant slots. 90% of the time you would be better off with a GM friend and having your enchantments and stat points somewhere more useful.

As stated tribunal spell casters are at known locations.

I dislike how some tribunals get rift. This is the one spell I feel that gives them a significant advantage in tribunal wars.

And the fact that some tribs, well just about all lightie tribs get holy word just makes it soooo unfair that darkies get a rift NPC.

Nope, Trosaj(sp?) was the last NPC I managed to use before it got changed. Technically, it would still be possible on any high enough level priest with enough intelligence mods, but the actual spell got disabled.
