The quest list in game has to do with the actual server that was down with the website, they'll likely fix it sometime today or tommrow, quests are working good now! :drunk:

Everything should be working again. I believe the XP issue is resolved.

Which bug? I know the cause and fixed both of them.
- The quest list wasn't displaying because the web server went down. For various reasons, all the quest descriptions are on the web database.
- The XP bug was because I "optimized" some code which had the unintended affect of capping the XP for quests.
