Why is it you can't regain hp or mana or movement points while plagued or poisoned? I realize they wake you up from sleeping but even while resting you don't regen crap. This makes being plagued or poisoned as a lower level character who can't cure plague, a bad bad thing. Given the correct circumstances one can go from full health to dead simply because of the plague or poison. Thats not a bad thing, but the bad thing is that you can't regen movement. If you can't make it to someone or something to cure it you're aboslutely screwed. What makes it even worse is the death isn't sudden, I had to sit and literally just sit there over the course of 15 minutes. I wasn't able to even send a tell, cause I couldn't regen mana either. I guess what I'm trying to say it, can we change that so people don't spend their time on the game doing lame stuff like nothing?

There's a very simple solution to your problem:

When you are about to go to an area when poison/plague is a common thing to happen, always carry the proper vials with you. It's as simle as that. They are extremely easy to be found, even if you can't have someone brew for you, many of them are storebought.

Weakening the affects of poison/plague etc would be a horrible nerf for all classes that are based on maledictions, from necros to hellions. I would not like to see them nerfed.

I bet you'll make darned sure it doesn't happen again, hence why it should not be nerfed.

I would like the idea of a "suicide" command though. It would help in instances such as you mentioned and also could be good RP when "you'd rather die than..."

That's why there are at least four items in the game that will kill you with a certain command. Keep one on you, if that's the way you want it.

Hey genius, if you ICly have no clue about said places then you wouldn't carry such items. Unless of course we all use OOC info like yourself.

Happens to everyone. Amateur to GM. Not so much the dying part for a GM, but the 15 minutes of "ZOMFGAY"

Suicide would be a great idea. :)

Hey genius, perhaps that's why EXPLORING is considered essential in an RPG game, and if you can figure out that a potion sold in a LARGE city's main market is called "draught for sickness" (Name of potion altered slightly so no IC info is spread here) you REALLY must be a genius, right?
Or...
Calling for a priest to brew you some potions or identify the ones you found where you train... Oh, no, wait! That calls for interaction, doesn't it? Who on earth wants interaction in an RPG game?!?! Cause as we all know, only through OOC you can find out what is going on in this game!!!

You are utterly lame, calling out for things that you probably do yourself and try to put the blame on others. Now go home and cry in your corner.
