 Post subject: NPC sanc is not magic?

Ok, as we all know, the strut room is a no magic area... so why does the NPC still have sanc?

Its not a no magic room, I've killed those NPCs with HoL.

My best guess is that the NPCs were flagged sanctuary (during building process), instead of having the sanctuary cast on themselves afterwards. In that case it isn't considered an external effect on the NPC and thus room doesn't dispel. I guess it could and couldn't be considered a bug.

When NPCs are flagged as sanced, it isn't as a spell - it cannot be dispelled and the duration is infinite. Not a big enough problem to revise anything in my opinion. They do lose it when they initiate combat, though - so typically, when you lure them the problem is moot.
