I personally enjoyed the FS, even though I was just on a lowbie and didn't loose much. It is funny how people can get so bent out of shape over gear. Yeah, it takes time to get it back in most cases, but it's nothing a little pvping doesn't cure.

As far as the letmeintoacabalanycabal goes, People like knowing that they are a part of something bigger, it helps drive their character, IC goals, and could possibly lead to better RP experiances. For me personally, before I even make a character I have a cabal in mind that I'd like to work around. It makes my mudding more enjoyable.

Sure, it should take sometime to get into one, but don't flame a player just because he enjoys the game differntly and tries to accomplish goals quicker. Don't think your someone almighty, because your sh*t stinks just like everyone elses.

And I am guessing that he had tried to get in a Cabal and was turned down, so what would you do from there? Would you not try to find another where perhaps your character would fit/Where you could have fun playing.

For one, Lonny only went out of his way to join MC. He never really tried getting into Druids he was only curious about them, he thought he didnt need to be apart of them to protect nature and control over nature wasnt right for him, he uses what he has and likes it that way. The FS didnt make me delete nor did losing the gear, He didnt have a thing for aise, he just acted like it to annoy her because she always said he wanted to be like her brother. As for only RPing for Equipment? Just [REDACTED] off, I asked for help getting stuff because I lost it Role playing, whether by necromancers who loot, or [REDACTED] barbarian who jump a scout wielding a [REDACTED] staff for armor on the spot.
You can also ignore the many hours that my guy spent helping people get better stuff themselves or new players to the game. Looking back I prolly wouldnt shouldnt have gone nashiran just because people will say it was just to go druid.

Now! I deleted because he had restricted RP, he wasnt a PK character, so a group like nashira was bad seeing as how they fought all the time with undead and necromancers, but his personality was one that let him fit in with everyone. Even though all the marfikians hated him.
