Shattered Kingdoms

Krychire is where I started my first serious character so I don't want it changed. Sure it's tough to start and all, but remember that generally NW are not half as hostile as they used to be back then. Make a better newbie school, but leave the city as it is.

Krychire as it is right now is one of the last areas of SK that can make you remember the past.

PS: To those that think Krychire is a safeplace, they are so mistaken. And I can think of at least 4 areas in northern wastes far more safe than Krychire itself. The fact that Golg spent so little time inside Krychire itself is a proof I think.

I don't know what there is to dislike about krychire. I like the ghettoness of that place, everyone is scrapping together a living off nothing. I also like the awful newbie zone, and aggro npcs that lurk on the roads. It all makes you feel proud to be from krychire.

Was that actually a fairly decent attempt at witty sarcasm by Rial?

I seriously hate the newbie zone in Krychire. As has been stated already, it is -awful- IMHO.

ME AM HATE

So I log onto an alt, I'm walking around Krychire...Yeah.. I don't know, it's just so effing..bland.

Krychire is suppose to be [REDACTED]. You start in krychire if you want to play a truely badass darky, and darkies always get the shaft in these sorts of games. Its like you play in exile if you want to be in a easy mode, and you play in krychire if your pro.

I feel like they could touch it up, maybe. Like the way they did with Exile.

My first character in this game, maybe six years ago, started in Krychire. I remember wandering through that crappy newbie school, getting killed by snow wyverns and resurrected by Ilkaisha, finally walking all the way to Teron only to get BSed and killed by Welfin, getting drunk drinking gnome [REDACTED] in a cave... fond memories. But the place needs a slight makeover or something, IMO.

I'd like to know how many people drank the gnome [REDACTED] as newbies. I know I did.

WHERE IS THIS GNOME [REDACTED] SO I CAN AVOID IT!
