Based on my experience over the last few weeks, it looks broken to me. Sanc. does stop people/NPCs from attacking (sometimes), but doesn't appear to mitigate damage as it used to. N_G

Are you looking into this by any chance Dulrik? If this is a bug it should be dealt with I suppose, when damage reduction changes it affects both PVE and PVP heavily.
