I'm sorry worts but I'm going to agree with Cyra and Gilgon. Fepel was a problem player for a long time who did nothing but hoarde equipment and attempt to buy friends and status and favors by passing some of it out. I belive the imms once delooted Rokshi but I can't be sure because I heard it on YIM. This character just defines spoiler.

I don't think Fepel/Rokshi were hoarders. I think a hoarder is someone who holds a lot of eq and doesn't play. Fepel/Rokshi played, and IMO are not hoarders.

But anyways, I do think both characters had very similar character concepts and were easily determined to be played by the same person.

Rokshi disappeared for long periods of time and was actually dehoarded by the imms, unless the imm staff wants to pipe up and tell me otherwise I believe that's hoarding.

Rokshi did disappear for a long time. But I doubt the intent was to keep the "loot" from being used in-game. You didn't see Fepel rolling an alt and using the missing gear to his advantage, did you? Yeah, no. Rokshi and Ghent BOTH were very helpful and always gave [REDACTED] away if you were willing to RP with Fepel for it. STFU AND CRY MORE, NOOB.

If he was "delooted" it is fair, because if he isn't playing it should be redistributed. Kind of like other things that are lost due to inactivity. I don't really think that anyone's arguing that.

Rokshi's strengths were fleeing, hiding, and counting staves/wands/adamantite/mithril/gm weapons. Of course he wasn't into PKing darkies, he couldn't. If you killed Rokshi when he was around, or any of Fepel's chars. It was like having a second christmas because after you could arm up your cabal just from the loot this guy had.

Seriously, thank god you are gone. You are a detriment to the mud.

Concept: Someone commented on YIM when I had Jeved that I should make another sorc, because the realms needed a competent one. They also jokingly commented that I should make it my aim to simply hoard everything. I originally made the character as a joke with the name Rokshi Cedar, an anagram of Sick Hoarder.

History: Born and raised in the Empire, he originally worked closely with Divalni and a few others of the East. He was groomed to be the eyes and ears for the East in Zhenshi, and soon after he was GM, I schmoozed up with Jamie's character, the bard captain of the Talon's and got immigrated and inducted into the Talon's. Things were going fine, as this was right about when Garazul was first opened up so there was all kinds of shenanigans going on.

After a while things died down on the MC side, and Divalni of course, like all of Peso's characters, went away. With that went a lot of Rokshi's ties to the East and it was then that he had a renaissance of consciousness and morality. He was promoted to Captain of the Talons, and he decided to put his full effort into supporting the Zhensh people as if they were the homeland he never felt he had before. He took to two things, fighting crime and attempted to increase commerce. He felt that a nation by the people, for the people who was at peace with the rest of the realms would be his supreme goal.

During his time as captain, Rokshi got just about *everyone* who was an outlaw to serve his jailtime. Lighties, Darkies, leaders of factions, it didn't matter. If you broke the law, he did his damnedest to get you to go server your time, willingly or not. His bipartisan attitude is what ultimately became his downfall. Rokshi was a firm believer in a persons ability to rehabilitate himself. He once was a smuggler, a spy, a liar, and a cheat, but he then found himself turned into a respectable lawman. He felt that anyone and everyone could make equal changes in their life, if only given a chance. During his time as captain there were countless attempts on his life, most of which ended in the person going to jail. Only once did Konge on his rogue happen to PK me, and he never got any lewt out of it.

The incident that broke the character consisted of two people. Ardith's paladin, and Ghimgul, Cannibal's swashie. Now Ghimgul had been a troublemaker, but had paid for his crimes and was a free person to walk about Nerina. He was chilling in the Inn when three FIST came up and tried to PK him right in front of me. Let me repeat. No RP, attacked, right in front of the Captain of the Talons. So I did what I felt was best... Put two of the FIST in jail, and the third ran after Ghimgul who defended himself. I showed up at the "self defense" and ordered Ghimgul to get out of Nerina until I could clear this up, and opened a gate for him to leave the city and to go back to Uxmal. Allieli heard of this, and of course I was an evil co-murderer who consorted with E-V-I-L.

From there, things went downhill. People in SK fell into two camps, those who knew that I was an honest lawman who was simply protecting the peace, and those who went with the word of a paladin of truth which was a blatant lie. The next month was very difficult. I was informed by (insert name of scout lightie co-leader of Talon's here) who basically informed me that we were nothing more than an extension of the Fist and that we were to agree with each and everything that they said.

I was having NONE of that.

I tried to create a movement to remove the Talon's from the Fist so that they could be an autonomous collective functioning without any religious or dogmatic ties. Rokshi firmly believed that such boundaries would only hurt the Zhensh people, preventing them from having the true freedoms that they as people should be entitled too. He was aware of the hypocrisy that is Taslamar, that allows you freedoms as long as you agree to the dogma of the Hammer. Rokshi wanted a land where law abiding people could truly be free. Let me repeat that. Rokshi wanted a land where truth, freedom, and the people prevailed. But SK was not having any of that.

After a long month of fighting what I feel to be the good fight and getting little to zero support from anyone, mortal or IMM alike, I finally decided to take a break. I told everyone active that I was going to take a few weeks off SK to recharge and to come back in full swing. After many months of playing and never being PKed past JM, I had acquired quite a bit of lewt, yes; however, I used just about every damned piece of it. Rokshi was by NO definition a hoarder up to this point. The only people who would say such a thing are ignorant and never interacted with him. I junked all of my lewt which promptly went into the hands of about three people, the same ones who hold most of it today, and I took some time off. I logged in every once in a while with quiet mode on, and didn't really interact with anyone. Was just on to look around and see what was going on.

*One month later*

I log on and find that Alleili has left the Fists and taken over the Talons, that I have been deported and kicked out without a word. Supposedly I was convicted of treason for one thing or another. I asked and asked but never found out exactly what. I got pissed off and decided to be a hermit in the mountains for a bit. So I did. I wandered about for a while with tells off and only interacting with people I ran into. I would spend some time enchanting, scribing, loot hunting, loot dispersing (as in dropping stuff in bins), and other things when I got bored.

One day while enchanting Achernar basically stripped my character naked. Kind of pissed off I was like "WTf? What was that for?!?" You were botting, I stripped you of your things. "Botting my [REDACTED], I would alt-tab over and hit 5 on the number pad issuing a look from time to time to not void while I rested for mana." You were botting. "I have the time on my prompt, I can prove based on when the 'l's come along that there was no way it was a trigger." You are a hoarder then, and I stripped you because you were hoarding! "So now you are covering up your lie with something else?" Don't like it, take it up with D.

Basically a STFU or GTFO, I'm an IMM you aren't, [REDACTED] you.

Talk about shattering a person's desire to play. I went on protest, and took another month or two off.

After Algon, of all people, started asking me questions on YIM, I dropped back on about two weeks ago. I logged on, got some lewt, and went about to try to clear my name. It seems that in my absence Ardith was quite busy in making sure that EVERYONE in the [REDACTED] game knew I was a notorious criminal. When I get back on, in less than a day there was four or five attempts on my life, all of which stemmed from lies that Ardith spread. Evidently I was a Griffon slaughtering, traitorous, elf hating evil thing that consorted with the North and was a lapdog of the East. I spent a week trying to clear my name, but with work and stuff I wasn't able to be on nearly as much as I had liked to. Every day it seemed like another obstacle to overcome, and unlike Rokshi, no one else out there in SK land believes that a person can redeem themselves.

I even had members of the Talons who a week earlier was asking for my help who wanted to throw me out of the city.

I've had enough of it. Rokshi went out to the mountains to live until his dying days.

The end.

I'm not sure how much of that is true and accurate for all points, but I can say I saw the motives. You still were a bit grabby though, and defensive of what you grabbed. I remember when you grabbed and held on to a sacred ring for no purpose whatsoever :p

You weren't kicked out and deported until I got fed up with your mode quiet crap.

It's kind of like when you have a court date and don't show up. You get reamed.

The rest of your post is assorted crap. But I'm sure the players of said characters already know that.

You seem to want to play characters that can play on both sides, but don't want either side to get put out with your character. As for loot and hoarding and whatever, there are some people that just aren't sycophantic suck-ups.
