Didn't you get that War temple in Exile?
I talked to you a few times and was impressed with your roleplay.
Enfield respected you as a foe, I don't think I ever attacked you either even though I knew you were in the council

Not that I'm aware of. The War Temple in Exile was there before Oso created if memory serves. I did however have intentions of trying to get a temple to the Raven constructed there, however it seems that I could never find the person in charge of Taslamar. Not only that, I was partially convinced they'd never actually sit down to talk to Oso without it coming to a fight as well. Despite that, I still tried.

Gnimral really really liked Osore when he and her actually talked. She was similar in that she didn't really enjoy going out and killing everyone opposite of aura and whatnot. But then he stopped talking to her. Le sigh.

Overall, I liked him. I didn't like how he preached the laws of Nerina to a bunch of lighties though. For some reason, I never saw a hellion as doing something like that.

Oso gave his word to jacylone that he would not wield a weapon in the city because she gave him respect. Often times, he reminded the lighties because they above anyone should follow / respect the laws. He found it hypocritical that half the time he had to remind them. While ironic, it's just how he thought and also how he protected himself without having a weapon. If he st rips his, he tries to get others to strip theirs.

What burned you out on that character, Kin?

I am sorry to see this character go. When I “tossed you around like a rag doll”, I could see the potential in this character. Unfortunately Algorab loves the spread of tyranny, especially within “his” ranks. Call it a sense of devotion if you will. I was waiting in anticipation to see where you would go with it, (considering that your rp was so solid and strong based on the fact that he was not sinister but quite morbidly honorable). I enjoyed watching you progress from the lowbie in the faith to a place of power, it was always a lot of fun. Good luck with your next character. Undoubtedly I will enjoy peeking in on that one as well.

A lot of you will probably perceive this as whining. But the reason I got burnt out on the character was because I was starting to be confined to one area to RP. This in my opinion is very bad. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that Council members aren't really welcome anywhere, and menegroth is typically dead empty. A lot of the people stay in the keep. A lot of the times I would RP in nerina, and while it brought conflict it was fun at times when I actually got a lightie that would listen to my character preach his views etc. Then it got to the point that all the work I had done with the relations he had was being undone. It takes a hell of a lot of work for a lightie to actually trust a darkie. The whole truce ordeal was really fuzzy, basically people truced with our faction would say my character wasn't welcome there. This makes me wonder what the point of a truce is to be honest..But that's for another thread.

Also, it was the repetitive RP. People constantly treating my character like a murderous bastard and him trying to defend himself that he wasn't only to eventually be slain and set out on a quest of vengeance against twinks I couldn't possibly best by myself. (I'm too green still.) In the end, I figured that it was best just to be done with him and try another. I like RP'ing with the northerners, don't get me wrong, but I can't play a character that's literally confined to one city all the time, especially when cities ousting him are ones he's truced with. That's what got me burnt out.

Again, I'm not saying I didn't enjoy RP'ing with the northerners, I very much did so and RP'ing in Teron was fun on occasion, but the gank squads get old after a while. I hunted for armor most of the time so I avoided that place.

Those factors caused me to just get burnt out on him.

The small bit of roleplay I had on Claudette with him started out fun, too bad it's left unfinished now. Either way, good luck on your next character. :)
