Excellent character with strong RP. Met this character when he first started and enjoyed seeing his story unfold.

I'm sorry to see him go, and wish you well on the next.

This is one character I'm very sad to see go the way of the delete delete. When my character met him was he was nearly brand new and even then had really good RP and a really good story.
Granted, lately when she ran across you you were either naked...being PK'd into nakedness again, or one of the other players was talking about PKing you into nakedness.
I guess I just don't see the point of PKing that much over nothing.
Anyway, I think your character was brilliantly portrayed and I look forward to interacting with more of them in the future.

You forgot to add Pk'ing me while naked. =P That happened a couple of times but intimidate saved me from most. Best 9 hours i spent was mastering intimidate. Nothing was more hilarious than intimidating someone near my level who tried to attack me while naked. I wanted to emote pelvic thrusting at them EVERY time I swear. I never did though.

I really liked Osore quite a bit. It was certainly interesting to see the "other" way to play a hellion. I always found it funny/sad that the lighties would treat him like a common thug when they, in turn, [REDACTED] both ICly and OOCly about other hellions who were more liberal with the code (Vorak, for example.) That's not to say I don't like the Vorak style at all. I do. Both interpretations are equally valid and fun to be around when executed so well. Both of them seemed to be damned no matter what they do as well.

Anyway, I really look forward to your next incarnation. Hopefully this one will be a bit more liberating and fun for you. I maintain my view that once you get some time under your belt, you're going to far better a player than I am. You just need to take it easy and try to let things happen.

Good luck with your next and double if it's a darkie,

-Randy

What burned you out on that character, Kin?

A lot of you will probably perceive this as whining. But the reason I got burnt out on the character was because I was starting to be confined to one area to RP. This in my opinion is very bad. Yes, I'm aware of the fact that Council members aren't really welcome anywhere, and menegroth is typically dead empty. A lot of the people stay in the keep. A lot of the times I would RP in nerina, and while it brought conflict it was fun at times when I actually got a lightie that would listen to my character preach his views etc. Then it got to the point that all the work I had done with the relations he had was being undone. It takes a hell of a lot of work for a lightie to actually trust a darkie. The whole truce ordeal was really fuzzy, basically people truced with our faction would say my character wasn't welcome there. This makes me wonder what the point of a truce is to be honest..But that's for another thread.

Also, it was the repetitive RP. People constantly treating my character like a murderous bastard and him trying to defend himself that he wasn't only to eventually be slain and set out on a quest of vengeance against twinks I couldn't possibly best by myself. (I'm too green still.) In the end, I figured that it was best just to be done with him and try another. I like RP'ing with the northerners, don't get me wrong, but I can't play a character that's literally confined to one city all the time, especially when cities ousting him are ones he's truced with. That's what got me burnt out.

Again, I'm not saying I didn't enjoy RP'ing with the northerners, I very much did so and RP'ing in Teron was fun on occasion, but the gank squads get old after a while. I hunted for armor most of the time so I avoided that place.

Those factors caused me to just get burnt out on him.

I totally get what you are saying here and why you deleted this one.
I don't see it as "whining" at all, man.
Thanks for the explanation you gave me and best of luck with your next character.

If it helps, Ayamao is supposed to be grey oriented rather than a southwestern version of Taslamar.

...

Yeah, I know it doesn't help :(

And sprites and centaurs, both of which can be grey or dark aura.

Thanks for playing, Achernar.

1/3 of them are only light aura.
2/3 of them can be any aura.
Lets consider each aura a value: 1 2 or 3

Elves would be 3.
Sprites would average 2.
Centaur would average 2.

7/3 = 2 1/3 somewhere between light and gray.

I did not say the kingdom was light aura, I just don't believe that it would be considered an evil kingdom EVER. Even with the Druids, the most would be gray aura overall. There are far fewer evil characters from Ayamao than gray or light aura, I'd wager.
