No, since mintar's are going to be a race soon, we have lost ability to dominate them, new dominates are needed, imms! I've idea and bug logged it, perhaps just a change to dominate's insane int hold!

That makes no sense at all. As the help file states, dominate works like charm person with a requirement that the hellion be higher level. No matter if minotaurs are supposed to be playable or not, they're staying a sentiant race and therefore should be able to be dominated unless the level of those specific NPCs has been increased. In fact, you can dominate PCs if the requirements are met.

Yeah, not being able to dominate them because they're gonna be a playable race is rather idiotic.

Only noobs and lazy hellions would bother dominating the minotaurs when there are many more better NPCs around ready to be dominated.

Why would anyone buff dominate? isn't it a lil much already a Heavy Armored class with a high end damage opener, damage/malediction spells and the ability to stealth/invis/sneak gets a sub par charmie? The fact they even get this spell still boggles me.

Yeah, we should hoard 8-10 GM weapons so that we can utilize dominates of different sizes and such.

The game must be such a pain in the [REDACTED] the way you play.

Let's talk about everybody else though, that doesn't waste their time with useless stuff.
