Enchant armor has been discussed... at length... multiple times, and D has yet to ever really chime in to say if there will ever be an update to it.

So until then, all you are doing is a glorified form of QQing.

Enchant armor is just fine the way it is. Any changes to it would actually make it quite imbalanced. Leave it be. If you want a spectacular kit, dedicate time. If you don't want to do that, live with a mediocre one.

Well, I know one sorc that's not going to be enchanting 20-hour suits.

*shrug*

As I stated, the reason it sucks so badly is that no one who wants a 20-hour suit can make it.

Which in turn helps keep the game balanced. If everyone who wanted a 20 hour suit had one, spellcasters would be rendered almost completely ineffective.

I agree that nearly any change to enchant would make it rather insane. Even just having the ablity to excluse MR would make enchanting a set of armor so easy it would be nothing to do great things to nearly anything of quality.
