Cannibal you were confused with psychic. As far as I know that's considered a mental type that giants don't like. I haven't read the minotaur help file yet, is energy their only vulnerability or they have fire too?

Lightning, sonic, energy, negative energy, fire, holy, spirit, light, freezing, acid, physical, mental, maybe more I'm not thinking of.

That seems like a good deal to me, but perhaps necessary, I dunno.

You know if Minotaurs have such sensitive hearing... why don't they have awareness as an Innate?

Yeah, I was confused. It's been awhile sorry.

Deadly wrath is considered energy is it not?
Used to be quite a bit of that in the game to mess up centaurs with.

That would be quite a neat addition.

I am all for awareness being an auto skill for them.

The problem being that alertness represents a supernatural level of awareness that transcends common senses. Just because they have good hearing does not mean they are supernaturally aware. Someone with good hearing can still be completely oblivious to that which they are not purposefully listening to.

Alertness? No. That's one of the few skills unique to barbarians.

Keep in mind we are trying to keep minotaurs on par with all existing races, not a super-race that is clearly the superior option for every class that it has the option to take.

By the way, I'm not sure if people have figured this out yet from the help file and playing minotaurs, but due to their resistance to mental attacks, it costs more mana for minotaurs to use tells and more mana for people to send them tells. That's a drawback within a benefit.

The "increased cost" is completely negligable.
