First 25 levels? No.

First 40 levels. Yes.

However, if equip thieves stop poaching @ 40, then no. Don't adjust the rate to get attrib points at all. You can supplement with mods on equip that you now no longer can have stolen from you.

casters get the better end of this stick because casters are [REDACTED] without warriors in pk anyway.

Or do we need to point out which is superior in pk between a caster and a warrior?

I dont get the point of this complaining anyway. Way I see it, since everyone gets their full HP at master, it is actually a BAD thing that casters continue to get MP after master, and dont have their mana pools at maximum by that time.

Let me point it out better:

Assume the max HP your character will have is 2000 since you're such a god.

You may now chose between:
A) Having 2000 hps at lv 50
B) Having 2000 hps at lv 41.

Whereas as a caster, assuming the max mp you would have is 2000, you have the option of reaching 2000 mana points at:
A) level 50
B) level 50
C) level 50

Who gets the short end of the stick, again?

You don't gain HP and MOVE when you level past MASTER. This has been true, pretty much forever. You do still get mana. My mistake there.

What [REDACTED] [REDACTED] is this? You don't get HP/PE but you still get ME? Why are casters always getting the better end of the stick? First they are the ones that actually improve with age and now with the last 10 levels.....

This is [REDACTED]!

Makes up for Mercs/Rogues raping the PvP scene?

Melee classes also scale much better with their gear than caster classes do. It doesn't matter what sort of gear or enchants casters get, it's not going to help them do any more damage in PvP, melee classes on the other hand can increase their effectiveness exponentially with better equipment.

So really, melee has just as much reason to get GM, so they can get that better equipment. :p

Blah Blah Blah, I keep hearing this same [REDACTED] response towards Melee vs Caster. The only Caster that gets gimped is a Warlock, the rest are fine. Hell I didn't even need gear with my Sorc to kill people. Sorcs/Necros/Priests have a ton of [REDACTED] available to them to make them superior PK classes, however since people rather whine then prepare anything, well QQ!

Edit: And as for the post above, you can't really compare the two as one has a cut off point at 41 and the other continues to grow till 50. So is their mana pool considered complete at 41 with the 9 other levels just being extra? Go play with that!

Hit points and move are front loaded. The hit points that you would have gotten from levels 40-50 are given to you during levels 1-10 instead (in other words, you get double). So, the poster that claims mages are getting shafted is actually right.

I don't really like the idea of a full frontload of attribute points but for a different reason. I agree frontloading can be newbie-friendly but I also believe a full frontload can be detrimental to newbies.

A newbie creates a char, spends the first 20 levels placing the attribute points in the "wrong"places and finds someone that explains the proper placement, said newbie only has 5 attribute points left to "correct the wrong placement" before the attribute points dry up.

I realize Dulrik already spoke out against full frontloading and will likely be against any sort of partial frontloading but I'm still going to suggest a partial frontload. I would suggest the first 10 levels, a char would gain an attribute point each level. From that point forward, the normal point-per-even-level disbursement would commence. This would mean all the attribute points would be doled out at level 40 instead of the current 50 and the suggested 25. This would also mean some newbie who started out "wrong" could correct the "error" before any permanent irreconcilable damage is done.

I haven't voted in the poll yet because I'm partially for and partially agin' it.
